Overview
Located in Abu Dhabi, designed and finished to the highest standards, the Split tower is a 17-storeyed commercial tower, due for completion in 2010. The tower is a paradigm of innovative designs and will play a key role in the ongoing revival of Abu Dhabi Island, with implications for urban recreation in the city’s business communities and beyond.
Split elegantly the tower combines 16 floors of office space, 4-basement levels, in addition to mixed-use podium for retail and shopping areas.
Split Tower will be positioned over plot 26 – in the master community of Danet Abu Dhabi which is situated between Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum Street (“Airport Road”) and New Airport Road (“Al Muroor”), Abu Dhabi.
