Bloom Properties is the joint real estate development arm of Emirates International Investment Company and National Holding. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the capital of United Arab Emirates, the company is the brainchild of formidable base of founders ; each with a track record of successfully completed projects. The company primarily focuses on developing centrally located master planned communities in major cities, by identifying new growth markets or developing larger communities in strategic areas surrounding these cities. Operational since 1998 , the company was initially run by a core team of professionals who developed and managed not just residential and commercial towers, but also retail, leisure, recreation centres and residential compounds throughout the UAE (in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai). As the team grew, the company started pursuing mixed use development opportunities and investments in land portfolio both locally and internationally, with a reach as far as North Africa. Bloom Properties is currently pursuing property development across UAE, Algeria and Romania and is seeking opportunities in at least four other countries. Facilities in these developments include hospitality, educational institutions, leisure, retail and healthcare services also dependent on the location.
